Max, on a computer
V1 and V2 send sensor data to Max. Patches scale, smooth and map it to sound, or send it as MIDI to a DAW such as Ableton Live. Mappings can also be trained from examples with machine learning (FluCoMa).
Pure Data, on the node
V3 runs the patch on the ESP32: sensing, mapping and synthesis in one patch. Patches are written in Pure Data on a computer and copied to the board.
